We can look at your product supply chain and make recommendations for qualified suppliers in location needed. We have resources in China that may be able to lower costs for relatively easy product development. Sometimes local expertise is a better solution due to the level of new development being implemented.

Review of your current supply chain for recommendations of improvement

Analyzing how your current supply chain works and how you may improve on Quality, Logistics, and Cost or verify that you're at optimum efficiency. Sometimes an impartial outside opinion can infuse some fresh ideas!

Tooling Engineer Duties

We provide quick turnaround on quotes so you can properly gage your project costs & timing. Mold Analysis, Mold Flow Analysis, Mold & Die Designs, and Suggestions for improvement of parts for manufacturability are the front end duties we provide. We make certain to provide tool steel certificates, hardening certificates, material certificates for plastics to give piece of mind that the tools are what was ordered. Weekly updates with progress pictures are provided.

T1 part samples are sent for your approval. Soon after a dimensional report will be sent which shows discrepant dimensions? After sign offs the tools can be shipped or stay for production runs.

Project Engineering Duties

This will be customized to your needs but we can be the interface to make sure your BOM comes together.

Design Development

With your guidance we can provide cradle to grave development. Reverse Engineering and miscellaneous other requests are also available as we strive to assist with any segment of your needs.
