Class 101 to prototype. All steel will have certificates of authenticity.

Injection molds, Thermoset molds, Over molds, Rotational molds, Compression molds, Rubber molds & gas assist molds.

Export & Non Export molds available

Export molds will be made to fit your machine requirements and specifications.

Final designs and Electrodes will be included for export molds.

Non export molds are also available which can reduce tooling cost but parts will be produced on our machinery and shipped to your facility from these molds.

Design and Engineering

A Mold Analysis will be provided before we begin any Mold Design. This shows the ejection, gating, parting lines and mold construction. This allows you to review our concept before we provide preliminary mold drawings. Once approved we run a Mold Flow Analysis which simulates the mold fill with the actual material. If successful we continue by providing the mold design for approval. This is an excellent way to expedite the approval process before we cut steel, while minimizing errors & misunderstandings for all involved. A picture truly is worth a 1000 words. Cavities of molds are designed in Pro-E.

Electrodes and cavity machining are programmed in Master Cam. Final designs will be provided at the completion of the job.

Quoting

Our quoting team usually returns requests within 1 week. Timing for tooling can range from 2 weeks for prototype to 10 weeks for larger more involved tooling.

Guarantee

The quoted shots will be honored as long as the Export mold has had proper preventive maintenance. We can provide an acceptable schedule for each type of tooling.

Non export molding shots will be guaranteed per our quote at our expenses to produce the shots quoted. We will maintain these tools at our expenses.
